Sales Control Executive


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Lead team monitoring lodgments by customers into FMN accounts via on-line statements, SMS alerts, and Master Wallet on mobile platforms
  • Keep SCO’s updated on developments in FMN that concern credit and payment policies
  • Ensure customer’s balance in Navision is updated in line with company policies
  • Ensure that SCO’s correctly ‘tie’ lodgments with sale transactions
  • Ensure that sales orders from customers with unverified balance in their Navision account are kept in ‘PENDING FOLDER’
  • Release orders from ‘PENDING FOLDER’ only when customer balance is verified or when Call Center Manager directs ‘unblocking’ according to official policies and procedures
  • Conduct quality control checks on transactions in Sales Control Unit to ensure compliance with company procedures: to take responsibility for fraudulent transactions in Sales Control Unit
  • Conduct all other tasks/duties from Call Center Manager

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:

  • Accuracy of data entries into Navision
  • Number of transactions that are fully reconciled
  • Non-occurrence of fraud in the Sales Control Unit i.e. full compliance to company policies

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree in any field but with working experience in finance/accounts functions
  • Good financial data entry skills and report writing skills
  • High level of computer literacy and knowledge of or ability to quickly learn Navision, V-tiger etc
  • Ability to build and lead a team to conduct transparent transactions
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines for reports
  • knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision will be an advantage
