Become Our Customer

A CUSTOMER is any individual or organization registered with and accredited by Fan Milk Plc and whose data are captured in the Organizations MIS. They can be classified into 3 different groups:

  • ORDINARY AGENT – He uses his own money and equipments entirely to do the business without any support from Fan Milk.

  • EXCLUSIVE AGENTS – this category of customer binds themselves to Fan Milk by signing an exclusivity Agreement i.e. they sign up to sell ONLY Fan Milk products and Fan Milk will in return support them with sales point, storage materials, uniforms and various marketing and sometimes, credit facility.

  • FRANCHISE TAKERS – this group of customers operate out of Fan Milk established locations. Fan milk owns all the equipments and based on their performance they may or may not be given credit facility.

HOW DO I BECOME A FAN MILK CUSTOMER:

ORDINARY AGENT:

  1. Identify a location
  2. Pay the rent
  3. Approach Fan Milk
  4. Fan Milk will send her representative to inspect available equipments and approve the location.
  5. The Agent will be attached to the Nearest Franchise Taker or Exclusive Agent, as the case maybe.
  6. If the ORDINARY Agent is big enough to buy and store product of up to 150,000 per drop size the Agent will be registered with Fan milk.

EXCLUSIVE AGENT;

  1. Identify a location
  2. Pay the rent
  3. Approach Fan Milk
  4. Fan Milk will send her representative to inspect and available equipments and approve the location.
  5. The Agent will be attached to the Nearest Franchise Taker or Exclusive Agent, as the case maybe.
  6. If the ORDINARY Agent is big enough to store product of up to 150,000 per drop size the Agent will be registered with Fan milk.
  7. After being registered with Fan Milk as an Accredited Customer, the customer signifies her intention to become an Exclusive agent.
  8. If the request is approved, the Agent signs the Exclusive Agency Agreement.

FRANCHISE TAKER

  1. Identify a viable location where Fan Milk does not have a presence or a not so strong presence.
  2. Negotiate the rent for this location and invite our officials to assess and approve this location for the business.
  3. The company will set up the business upon your making a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the cost of setting up the depot. 
  4. You will be required to achieve a monthly sales target and failure to achieve this target could mean the company can either take over the franchise or set up another franchise depot within the territory allocated to you.
